Workspace Settings & Sharing (/settings)

The Settings section lets you manage your workspace preferences, retrieve tracking snippets, monitor monthly beacon consumption, and share read-only dashboards with clients or teammates.

1. General Settings (/settings/general)

• Reporting Timezone: Configure the IANA timezone (e.g., America/New_York, Europe/London, UTC) used across your workspace. Midnight boundaries, “Today” metrics, and daily historical rollups are calculated relative to this timezone.
• Appearance: Switch the dashboard theme between Light, Dark (Night), or System automatic preference.
• Export Analytics Data (CSV / JSON): Download a complete dataset for any registered site across Today, Last 24 Hours, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, or All Time. Exports include high-level KPI summaries, top pages, referrers, countries, browsers/OS/devices, bot classifications, and custom events.
• Change Password & Account Management: Update your account password or permanently delete your site/account data.

2. Tracking Script (/settings/tracking)

• One-Click Snippet Copy: Displays the exact <script defer src="..." data-site-key="..."></script> snippet for your currently selected site in the sidebar site switcher.
• Switching sites in the top-left Site Switcher automatically updates the displayed snippet and data-site-key.

3. Usage & Quotas (/settings/usage)

• Monthly Beacon Meter: Displays your workspace’s total monthly usage across all registered sites against your plan’s monthly quota.
• Grace Period & Tier Status: If your workspace approaches its monthly limit or has a past-due subscription notice, status alerts appear here so you never unexpectedly lose tracking coverage.

4. Access & Public Share Links (/settings/sharing)

Want to share your live analytics with a client, investor, or community without giving them your login credentials?

1. Navigate to Settings > Access & Sharing (/settings/sharing).
2. Select which site(s) in your workspace to include in the share link.
3. Choose an expiration window (1 to 365 days, default 7 days).
4. Click Create Share Link and copy the generated /share/<token> URL.

What Viewers Can Do

Anyone with a valid share link opens the dashboard in Viewer Mode:

• Viewers have full interactive read-only access to the Live Dashboard and all Analytics views for the included site(s).
• Workspace settings, password controls, data exports, and destructive actions are completely hidden and blocked server-side.
• You can revoke any active share link with one click at any time from /settings/sharing.
